I've a user's computer running windows NT and Baskspace key is not doing any thing. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Jfountain02. But it's not the keyboard. This keyboard works on other computers. I replaced with new one and also rebooted as well. any suggestions anyone..?
