I have a computer that will not power on at all.. I kept pushing power buttion afnd it will not power on at all. I'm thinking power supply or motherboard. I'm trying to figure out what's a good way of checking to see if the power supply is dead or not.
what could be the possible answers to it?

It is most likely the power supply. Sometimes, if you unplug the power cord, from the power supply, and then plug it back in, and turn on the computer, the computer will start up, but that still indicates a bad power supply, which you will need to be replace.

When you get a new power supply, get a good quality one (Enermax, Thermaltake, Antec), of at least 350 watts. You will pay more for a quality power supply, but the extra cost is well worth it.
