A computer at work just came up with the error message:

"The hard drive was not found. Consult the troubleshooting section of your user's manual."

It tries to give me the option to enter setup but won't allow me to actually access setup. Secondly, I cannot enter the BIOS or the BOOT menu on startup.

Any suggestions would be helpful...

The computer is a Gateway MFATXHRN MDP E4100.
It is running Windows XP Professional 1.
