hello everyone can please help fix neo laptop basic b2143n....the first i recieve the unit....the only responce is wen you charge the unit the charging ligth indicator is blinking.....but if you power the unit...it will on but after a few minutes like 1 or 2 mins after it will automatic shutdown...help me fix this problem...thank you

It could be your fan. Try to get into the BIOS and see what the fan speed is. Then, as soon as you get into Windows, head to computer management and check your Windows logs. Try tapping F8 as the computer boots and pick "Last Known Good Configuration".
