Hi,

I have a IBM T41 Thinkpad. When I purchased it, it did not come with the recovery disc. And if I want to get it, it's $45. So I was thinking of formatting it without the recovery disc. But I am a computer newbie, and not sure where to start. I tried to search online about formatting this particular model, but not much helpful information is coming up. Is there a way to just recovery everything without the CD?

Please give me some input about this. I appreciate very much.
