I currently am using the LaserJet 1018 from HP on a Windows XP Pro machine. Here is my issue:

When I print documents in MS Word (all text), the printing is perfect. When I insert an image into the Word docs, print a webpage that has images, or even print scanned PDFs, the printer prints a vertical line along the right-hand side of the page that is the same height as the picture/image.

Because this only happens when printing images, I know the dirty heads/toner/etc is NOT the issue.

I am hoping someone can guide me on how to resolve this issue. Thanks.
