I usually keep my webcam plugged into a usb port on my laptop. Sometimes I will get an icon error stating unrecognized device. If I plug it into another port it will work. Sometimes the original port will work again. I was told it might need to clear the cache for the usb. Is that true and how do I do it, or does someone have another idea? I am usig a Gateway laptop and Windows Vista.
