Hi All,

Firstly, I am not too sure if I am posting this problem in the correct forum, if so, please let me know...

My sister has a Toshiba Satellite A135-S2386, it's a little over 1 year old, and her USB ports have suddenly stopped working...when she got it from our uncle, she didn't receive any disks with it...

Can anyone help?
