I had a slew of spyware/malware infections. I think I got rid of everything using a series of anti-spyware programs, but I'm have one small, annoying problem. At startup, my computer gives me two separate error messages regarding missing dlls (which I believe are due to the removal of spyware). Can anyone guide me on how I can fix this problem?

Here are the two error messages:

1) Error loading C:\windows\system32\cxgpoavp.dll

2) Error loading C:\windows\system32\qnjtnasp.dll
