need help

[DiGiTaLasSaSiN]

hi, i really dont know a great deal about infections, rootkits etc but i believe im infected with something pretty nasty called twext.exe and i have no idea how to get rid of it, iv tried scanning with spybot but it gets disabled half way through the process, iv also tried unhackme but it finds nothing, i tried to reinstall windows but get an error message and the system restarts, i would be very thankful if someone could take a look at my hijackthis log and give me advice on removal, thank you in advance.

You should do two things:

1. download and run avast! antivirus Home Edition Free for Home Users...
from: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

When you first install this free program... and it goes to reboot, it will scan your computer with an intense anti virus and trojan scan.
This should find your problem and remove it.
then use step two....

2. download and run Spybot - Search & Destroy©® 1.6.2
It is a free anti-virus program that is very effective.

After installing both, I let them monitor my system. I have avoided further intrusions using this method.

I use both simultaneously, I have never had a problem since...

Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Download the update from here if you have problems.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

hi thank you for replying, ok i ran spybot found nothing, avast also found nothing, ran hijackthis and deleted the items most of them deleted however

tried deleting both twext.exe and winctrl32.exe in safe mode but twext.exe jus respawns after a few seconds and winctrl32.exe says "in use".
did a scan with root kit revealer and found some pretty suspicious looking things under the names of twain.exe and twain.dll niether of these will delete in the windows folder.
cannot update Malwarebytes as whats ever eating my pc will not allow me to go online so im using my laptop.
i will post a fresh hijack this log later today. cheers

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

• You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
• Physically disconnect from the internet.
• Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
• Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
• When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
• Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!
