i have kaspersky 2012 loADED IN my computer. but still i am not able to get rid of infected virus in my administrator account. all the icons appear alike and a click on any one of the icon goes to music library. i do not have internet connection of my another pc. pl help

it is better to format harddisk and then reinstall the os.
