Hello, I have the Green Dot Money Pak virus and I cannot enter into safe mode. When I click F8 and choose any of the safe mode options, my computer loads into Windows. Can anyone help?

You'll definately need to get into safe mode to start a cleaning process. With any of these nasty viruses, I generally analyze the time it takes to clean the PC vs a fresh new install. If you dont have any important data to salvage, I would go with a format and new installation. It guarantees a malware free installation, plus the benefit of improved performance due to having fresh de-fragged drive. Something you may want to consider.
