I seem to have accidentally downloaded something from a fake pop up andit then downloaded a fake virus protection program that wont let me fix the problem because whenever i try to do anything (even system restore) it says that a file is infected and that it cannot run. I cant download any new malware protection because it wont let me open anything and i cant do a system restore for the same reason, by the way the"Virus protection" program it installed is called "system progressive protection". I even tried to restore to factory defaults and it wouldnt let me.
