My CPU usage is at 100% off and on and notepad.exe on another forum it was sugested that i have QAZtrojan virus but when i fillowed the steps recomended to remove it the registration key that is supposed to be deleted to remove it does not exist on my computer. im confused and realy annoyed by all of this if anyone can share a little insite on what might be going on that would be great.

notepad.exe is at the top often

inside system32, check the size of your notepad.exe - it should be 67.5kB, or 68kB on disk..
