Got a weird one here... friend's machine has something remapping her keyboard. In City of Heroes, space+W has become F4; in Notepad, right arrow now executes the Find command, normally ctrl+F, for example. Word is so full of macros it's unuseable. Also, nine fake jpegs named AlbumArt_{etc... have appeared in all her recently used folders. Norton and Kaspersky say her system is clean. Any ideas out there?

erm u can try using Mcafree sdat5096 and see it is quite use full. It can help u to check and clean.
