Hi, i'm an unsure if this has already been covered or not, but I have been unable to remove this pest from my system. I have tryed up to date versions of Ad-Aware, and Spy Sweeper. While Spy Sweeper detects it's presence, it doesnt remove it. Also, since infection, I have been unable to reach spywareinfo.com to read anything, or download anything to help me. here is a log of HiJack This! but i am none too familiar with it.

The program aboutbuster that you have installed should fix it .

Unfortunatly it is not the case. I have run about buster several times, but the cws still persists.

Please go here and have this file scanned.
D:\WINDOWS\System32\Microsoft.NET\C:\WINDOWS\system32\winzs32.exe

Go here for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.

Try this scan as well.

The file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\winzs32.exe" is not on my PC. not at that address anyways. And "D:\" is my CD Rom.

I am off to bed now so do not have the time to go through it, but if you go to this thread, it gives a full explanation on how to get rid of this hijacker when about:buster does not work. It is a long, manual process!!
