Hello,

I am running Apache through XAMPP on my win2003 server. I have a wordpress install for a management blog installed in the htdocs folder. lets see if i can expalin myself...

currently, to get to the blog, it can be accessed by typing in http://myservername/wordpress I have setup an alias via NETID for the "myservername" server called "myblog". I'd like to be able to point apache to the folder where the wordpress lies and have it take on the alias "myblog".

So basically, someone can enter in "http://myblog" instead of "http://myservername/wordpress"

I've looked in httpd.conf but i get lost...

I usually use IIS, but i figured i would save my self some grief with wordpress...
