Hi all,
when i click Command+A on any of my inbox message I do not get Select All as it this short-key command should do. But when i go to Menue bar and select Select All from the Edit i works.

Also the Shift+ downarrow doesnt give the intended result

any thoughts on that..?

Hello,

Does Command - A work in other applications? Is there another shortcut that you see next to Select All... in the drop-down menu?

I do not use Entourage, so cannot verify.
