I have a G4 power book running ox2.8 and recently (ok, november) my airport card stopped picking up wireless signals, or it was picking up signals, but i couldn't get connected. now i can't even get connected through an ethernet cable. I've taken the mac to a mac store, but they weren't much help, and from what i can tell, my mac is getting the internet signal, but i can't access the web.

can anyone help me? is there help for me? do i just need to (finally) update my operating system?
