I have heard several things about liquid cooling systems for desktop pcs. but i don't quite get the works. is it maintenance free, or does it need constant coolant refills. if so, how many refills/ month, assuming an above average pc user. Thanks to those who can help.

Jump to PostBasically, they work just like a fridge. There is a compressor that cools the water which flows through the tubes. Instead of air flowing over the heat sinks, the liquid is used to draw the heat from from the parts.
