KERNEL.32.DLL will now close....

Sometimes while on the net I unexpectedly get the error message "Sndssvc has caused an error in KERNEL.32.DLL. Sndssvc willl now close."
If I am in the middle of a long e-mail it means I have lost everything! Only choice left is to reboot. Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks
Tez

I think that sndssvc is a virus (unsure). You might want to give it a once over with AVG http://www.grisoft.com . As for your long email, I think that is toast (yes, that is a technical term).
