hi guys, you very kindly gave me good advice a few week ago, and I am back again on behalf of my sister.

here are her problems

she has her belkin wireless modem connected directly to the xbox, she then has the belkin wireless usb plugged into main pc running on xp. She can no longer gain internet access on main pc as it says "belkin locked file /f5d7051/rmvexe

she has uninstalled and reinstalled the belkin software but still no joy, the xbox is connecting to internet ok

anyone have any ideas?

the error mess is in reference to a file belonging to the wireless usb device .

dose the main computer connect wired .
has she been into the routers to check settings ,type this into IE address ,
