I am hoping that somebody has a quick fix to my problem.
I am support for my company and a user brouht me her laptop and it will not reboot.
It goes to the Windows screen, then the boot in normal mode, then back to Windows.
The user and I would like not to reimage her laptop due to all the work she has on it.

Does anybody know how to fix this or am I going to have to reimage?

No I can not. I cannot select the last known good configuration either.
