Just happened - error message "will not display webpage" MSN works. O/S Windows Vista Premium. Have checked for viruses system protected by Windows defender. Other PC ok. HTTP set to 1.1 . Addon ons disabled . Temp files deleted. SSL ticked to 3 and TSL to 2.0. Windows diagnostic and repair says everything ok. d/l SP1 and installed - no change. Help

Do you have a firewall installed?
You could also try a different web browser to see if that is the same.

the only firewall is windows own.
