DGULLIVER 10 Junior Poster in Training

Morning,

After fixing my dual boot issue I have now come across this problem.
Basically I'm trying to restore my Secondary XP Installation with an Acronis image and straight away I noticed it was very slow during the restore (about 50gb and took about 3 hours) but my primary install is much larger and only took 20mins anyway thats not the problem - sorry for waffling.

When my restore completed I took out the Acronis Boot CD and rebooted PC, The windows screen with the progress bar appeared ok, and the screen with a pale blue background with "Microsoft Windows XP" appeared but it got stuck there and didn;t show my Desk top, I left it for about 30 mins and nothing happened, I have restored from this image before and the archive is not corrupted.

Any Ideas?

TIA
Darren
