Title says it.
Old Dell died, I had Office 2003 Professional from Dell, but on MS disks that appear to be retail type. New computer is running Windows 7 (64 bit). Install appeared normal with activation codes, program operations are OK with one or two unexplained shutdowns.
Ive been running this for 5 days now and every time an Office app starts, the EULA demands a confirmation.

I tried a "repair" from the Control Panel, that was no help.

Microsoft on-line help ended with their demand for $$$.
