Need some help understanding Server 2008's infrastructure. Running a program that requires access to the Document and Settings folder. I have full admin rights but it's still giving me an access denied message. Any help?

have you tried disabling UAC (User Account Control)???

This can cause a lot of access denied errors in windows 2008.

is the root drive shared on the network station?

Is this program running on the server or in a PC? If is running in the server you need to very the DNS. I hope it helps.
