No one is going to help you open what may or may not be a stolen computer. Contact Del and they will give you all the help you need, but you may have to pay, depends on how old your machine.

On Vista go to the Control Panel->User Accounts->click on the user account you want to change the password for and then on the commands on the left click on either Change your password or Remove your password.
