I'm using Dell. It's still this problem. Fn key always on

only thing i can say is ,its likely a stuck key or a bad keyboard even maybe

I took a soda straw (a nice fat one is ideal) and taped it to the end of a vacuum hose (if you use the vacuum hose without reducing the diameter you risk sucking the keys off your keyboard). Then I used the straw to vacuum out the keyboard. Granted, my problem was a key that would not register rather than one that was stuck but it may help. Especially if you have cats.

remove and reinstall keyboard
