I try installing office 2013 on my window 7 machine but when i try,it fails and they give me an error message that "Microsoft bootstrapper has stopped working".Please help me out...

Do you still have an older versions of Office installed? The typical recommendation is to uninstall the older version first. It's worth doing, but it isn't 100% guaranteed to work, and so you might find yourself in the position of not having Office on your computer at all and still having the 'Bootstrap' error.
