Hello, am currently facing issues with Windows 7 SP1 Pro, whereby if I do a right click, I can the Restrictions dialog appearing. The message is in the link below.
I already have my user as an administrator on the system.
Anyone can help me troubleshoot this problem?

Jump to PostLooks like this is either coming from group policy or local policy. Is this computer part of a domain? Does it belong to someone else and they gave it to you?
This policy restriction is not default out of the box. Its on purpose.
Being an admin is irrelevant.

Yes the computer is part of a domain and has the Administrators group policy applied on the user using it.

If there is policy being applied then you would need to configure the proper security filerting so that the target group is not included in scope by the policy.
