Yes, it's indeed dangerous.

First question: Why? I wouldn't suggest updating the bios for the fun of it.

Look to the manufacturers website first (non-third party).

If yuo wanted to go ahead and do it, you can try this or this.

hello,

I don't think i would bother trying to flash your BIOS, I'd go with 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'.

If your after some sort of performance increase look somewhere else than BIOS.
