HELP!!
i can't install programs that need activex control and java. my information bar doesn't display.

Jump to Post...then you have probably set the security options to Never!! So XP won't put up the info bar to even ask you about them.
In an internet explorer window go tools > inet options [or controlpanel > internet options!] > security tab > custom level and set it to Medium.
