I want to connect a set of 5 Blackberry handheld set to the central server so staff can receive emails and text messages. I use ACT for calendar and contacts and Outlook for email.

I want to purchase a package called Companion Link to allow communications with up to 5 Blackberry units used by staff out of the office.

So is short words i need to setup communications to Blackberrys and synching with ACT/Outlook.

I am not sure how to approach this problem
