Guys,
My ip address is 172.21.0.147
And i am able to ping 172.19.0.87,172.19.0.1
As the two Vlans are connected by layer-3 switch.
Now Using arp -A command i can list all the users in my network but i want to see
all the users present inside 172.19.0.0 network...
Which tool can i use or any command?

You would have to go into the 172.19.0.0 network to view that information. As ARP data is only used on the local LAN.

yep I know this..
But since i am able to ping them
so i wanna know the users inside that network sitting in my own network..
Can you help with this ?
Any tool ?

Well in terms of users logged in, on a Windows domain server open the command line and type nbtstat -c. This will give a list of IP addresses, and I believe the user on those IPs as well.

However arp is used for MAC addresses as I'm sure you know. So if you mean devices, check your DHCP server and look at the leases. You can then see which MAC has which IP address.
