How did they get the IP Addresses and subnet masks in West HQ s0/0/0 and s0/0/1, and also those in wbranch1 and wpc2 the ones with red ip addresses and subnet... please help.

Between WestHQ s/0/0/ is a /30 subnet with 172.16.100.245 at WestHQ and 172.16.100.246 at W-Branch1. A /30 allows for 4 IP's, two usable and those would be 245 & 246. This tells me that these two locations are connected with a point to point link.

172.16.100.238 on W-Branch1 FA0/1 is a LAN segment for that location

WPC2 is connected to W-Branch2 on FA0/0, the IP on the WPC2 is in the range of FA0/0.
