The pagerank is shared equally among all the links on a page. But how much ?

Is it correct ?

“Share” – PR of a website linking to yours/ outbound links on that page(outgoing links)

I think it should be

“Share” – PR of a webpage linking to yours/ outbound links on that page(outgoing links)

Lets say Page A has a link page with PageRank 3 and 10 outgoing links.

What is the pagerank share of each outgoing link.

Ofcourse each outgoing link will take the PR3 value with it. This is not like if there are 10 outbound links, PR gets distributed between all of them like electricity. lol!
