Van Goh --> Vroom
(Van Go Vroom.. get it.. ugh.. nevermind)
Day Dream --> Doze off
OS- WIN98
This computer has a habit of freezing up and giving errors when a teacher in trying to imput grades. He usually has Grades, e-mail and IE up all at one time when this happens. Sometimes it does it when just one program is up. It has been fine until about a month ago, that's when all this started to happen.
Any ideas?
Figured it out. I had to un-install Incredimail. Plus there was a worm/virus that was associated with that program so when it was executed, it would freeze
After a while, it has booted up. I log on and then the computer freezes. I can't do anything. CTRL ALT DEL takes forever to come up and when it does it just freezes as well..
Any ideas on how to fix this?
obsession --> perfume
Overruled --> kingdom
but how many people in the world will really go up to someone and ask 'what is your religion?'
I have had that happen to me once and it was funnier than hades. He asked me 'do I believe in god?' and I said that I was jedi and that I believe what I want, waved my hand infront of his face (trying the mid trick, didn't work) and walked away. He shouted (in the middle of a crowded place) YOU WILL BURN IN THE FIRES OF HELL! I turned back around and told him that I believe what I believe and that he should rethink what it is that he is saying and walked away once more. That time he left me alone.
I think that religion is something that the masses should not decide, but what every single person should find out for themselves. It should not be pushed on another person. If they want to be like you, then let them follow. If they want to stop you, gladly step to the side.
Chevy Corsica --> Poorly Made
Has anyone else had this problem:
You go to Yahoo! Chat or to Pogo.com to play some games.
Your OS is WIN ME.
You go to these websites, but for some reason the Java refuses to work. SO you do what the instructions say: Download the current version of Java.
You do and you still have the same frickin problem.
Ideas on how to fix it?
ok. but what about my network problem?
XP Home.
I know I need to have ME replaced with XP. I am tired of all the CRAP that it gives me. What is a good laptop to get?
Right now I am using a Sony Vaio w/ Pentium II, 10GB HD (Sorry, that's all the stats that I can think of off the top of my head)
You have a CS degree?
I have an associates degree in Computer Networking Sciences.. so.. yeah.
The whole religion thing:
Personally I think that people are going to think and believe what they are going to believe whether they have been fed what to believe all their lives or if they just want to break awayfrom the norm. Either way, religious beliefs will always be around as long as humans are and that will be for quite a while.
Like I said earlier, my mom is a catholic, daddy catholic (conformed from baptist) and I am a jedi (padawan). My parents do not like what I have chosen, saying that what I believe is wrong and that it is just a made up religion, and I just tell them that what they believe is wrong and yet they still argue. The truth is, that no matter what happens, everyone is entitled to their own stupid opinion and no one has to like it except the person that it came from.
OH MY GOD! --> Disaster
Okay, now that my RJ-45 problem was solved, I have run into another problem:
I have 3 machines on one small network: a 98, ME and a XP.
I don't have the 98 set up yet, but I have the ME and XP up and running, sorta.
THe XP can see the ME, but can not access the folders that are shared, and the ME can not see anything but the folders from another network that is in another place, not even connected to this network (Make sence?).
ANy ideas on how to fix this problem?
Something started to
(man, this is getting weird and totally funny)
