I currently have nothing other than Norton Anti-virus and Spybot on my PC. Should I have another program to prevent pop ups, adware from planting themselves? I run spybot but the same pop ups keep coming back. At least the Porn ads stopped. Any suggestions. Running Window 98 second edition. …

When I start up Win 98se, I get an error message that abbreviates like this; Error Loading C:\Program~1|wildt~1\Apps\CDA\CDAENG~1.dll the system cannot find the path specified I then hit OK and system finishes start up?
