Anyone know why the following message comes up when I send a message to a person.
"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'XXXXX@msn.com'. Subject 'Test', Account: 'D_ e and P__a D____s', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450 msn.com backlog too large to queue [domain may be overloaded or down]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC79"

Is this a problem with my end or with the person to who I am sending the message to. I am using outlook express.
