Try setting ram voltage manually.. 1.85, then 1.9, then 1.95 and see if the ram in black slots will boot at all..

View your mobo's broken connections & discoloration..Clean the mobo's circuit board... Reconnect any onboard connections & jumpers..I used to do this to avoid expend money..

I think it may be the .PSU.. (overheating and the thermal cut-out its work).. Check the fan(s) in the PSU work OK - if not, clean them with paintbrush.
Best bet is to try another PSU (cheaper and a lot easier to replace than the mobo)
