geez mate going all the way - nice one, www.ebuyer.co.uk do some really competivly priced stuff, i would also suggest maplin but i think you've already found them, crucial have some nice offers on ddr2 ram, 512 would do really 1024 for gaming depending on totally cost and your motherboard you could go higher, its always best to go for the best processor that you can, as this is often the most expensive part to upgrade, whereas some ram isnt, if your budget cant stretch to a serious processor and lots of ram, get the processor and as much ram as you can, as ram is much cheaper and easier to fit once its all up and running.

although i agree most of us do have unlimited high speed access, but the unfortunate few still have capped monthly limits with huge fee's for exceeding them, one i saw other day was extremly high; 75p for every mb over the limit, cosidering most mp3's are around 4mb thats £3 per mp3, now as i said most isp dont charge anywhere near this but its always good to check with your isp first, as for dial-up most isp's offer unlimited isdn service, such as AOL and NAMESCO.
(im not trying to plug either of the isps mentioned, they are simply isps i have tried and trust)

i cant really be of much help with the lcd tablet im affraid, however argos have some standard graphics tablets for around £40, on www.ebuyer.co.uk you can get a standard system (excl monitor) 2ghz, 512mb, 80gb hard disk, dvd rewriter for about £200 with mouse and keyboard, www.maplin.co.uk are also pretty good for hardware.

Whatever anyone says, drag racing at these speeds is pushing the envelope for anyone including so called professionals. we all know the risks, all we can do is minimise them as best possible.
