A chinese man sued his wife because she delivered an ugly baby. He even won the case.
In 1474, a rooster was burned to the stake because it layed an egg... in switzerland.
President Lincoln's dog was killed by a drunken man, by stabbing.
9 crewmen survived a plane crash and were captured by japanese and were eaten. The only survivor was George H.W. Bush (world war 2).
There were 36 attempts to assassinate hitler, so he killed himself towards the end of war with his day-wife (he married her for a day until they both committed suicide).
In 200 BC, when Sparta was at its highest peak, each citizen had 20 slaves.
Antimatter is considered to be one of the strongest sources of energy on the planet. If you build a weapon out of antimatter, a small pinch of antimatter (theoritically) can wipe out a state in the US.
you can read this forum better if you want to learn more, this question gets asked everyday (literally) and it has been answered just so many times.

"get back to work" - normal boss... if you have a boss or are one.
well, you get an hourly email notification but as far as i am aware of, the notification system you are asking of isn't a priority at the moment but could be in the future. I asked about this in the past but they said, if i recall, it would be a future priority.
There are any number of books and online articles that will help you understand object-oriented programming and methods. Anyway, which of these concepts don't you understand, and what do you think you know about them?
I understand what they are (the basics) but the problem is that i can't apply my thinking towards some of the concepts, i overthink them. So far, i have been really been messing up with methods/constructors/objects.
@IIM, i am going to play around with that for a little bit, i am going to see how well i can follow your instructions (they sound easier at least/luckily).
Make google your friend, partner...
Doesn't really make much sense to me but oh well.
Yeah i know, it doesn't make sense to me that someone wants to delete their account... :( too bad for them...
I forget the specific credentials but they are just enough to prove that you're a real community member versus someone who joins and lurks or asks one question and never returns.
That is a smart move, but sadly there are users like that.
you get to permanently disable ads on the site. I think that's pretty generous :)
How many posts do you need until you disable ads? Sometimes... i randomly keep the ads on and off to see the pretty ads... :D
I'm a bit confused by your dilemma. From what I can tell, you were hacked in the past through a key logger that got installed onto your computer and was tracking the passwords you typed in, so you no longer want to log into any website online?? To each their own, I guess?
Dani, the user has already deleted the account, i don't think he will refer back to this thread ever again.
IMHO the only word that needs specific censorship is the F word -- that has to be the worst and over-used word in the English language. I can tolerate all other words but that one. Even though he F word can be used in the same sense that deceptikon mentioned above it just sounds wrrooooong.
IMHO, all profanity should be filtered... it doesn't look very professional to see and if you have control over the posting it shows that this site means business. It will also scare little kids away (don't ask, i just thought of it)
Is there? I vaguely recall someone saying they wanted to write one, but not sure if it's been started or even if they intend to pursue it.
I thought you wrote another post that there is an app in the works. ( you posted here ). but your probably right about the project not being pursued.
I have a project and I don't understand what the instructions want me to do. Can someone explain them better...? I don't understand constructors, objects, and methods very well but I am trying my best to do this project (i am a bit amazed how i got the highest grade on the test (33/35))...
Add a service class to the project named Student. This program will encapsulate the concept of a student, assuming a student has the following attributes (instance variables): a name, a social security number and a GPA (e.g., 3.5). For the Student class you will write the constructors, accessors and mutators, and toString and equals methods. In the client application class you will instantiate student class objects and write statements (method calls) to test the methods in your student service class
All i need is for someone to help me with re-reading the instructions in a different way... I should be able to do the rest by myself. I am trying to get a hold of my instructor to send me better instructions but he hasn't responded for a couple of days (this is his new instructions (above)) so i am getting new instructions, if he gives it...
Thanks guys.

Boy... that is a lot of money being donated lol. but hey, she would be saving lives.
radar... detecting... sarcasm?... ^
Could be or stereotypes...
In Iran they torture the prisoners and shoot people on streets.
They do that everywhere (any country, just wherever the crazies are)... what you see in a movie doesn't mean that they really do that...
If you get caught stealing in a muslim country, they have the ability to cut your limbs or your head, but that doesn't mean muslims are cruel and violent people... muslims are dedicated to peace, being connected to their god, being productive, and being a great human being at all times, and etc.
<M/> I'm not saying anything bad about your religon. I think your religon is great.
Every religion is great, just the only problem is that no one agrees to a religion. That is why people have conflicts, because there is no agreement. For example, Christians believe that Jesus was crucified and muslims believe he was never crucified. Christians have images of whomever they believe in and muslims believe that their deity and prophets should not be seen in images becuase an artist can always twist an image. Christians believe that (i may be wrong, i am not christian) Jesus is the Holy Lord/god while muslims believe he was just another great prophet. So, based off of those examples, do you see what kind of conflicts can be started when one judges and doesn't come to agreement with another's belief? Sorry that was kind of irrelevant but i had to point that out.

what is your wish?
I heard that there is an app in the progress (for android).
then you answer that with an an anecdote from your own life where you got in NO trouble at all
Well, the the students reported me for numerous things so i was in TROUBLE.
how exactly you could have gotten in trouble by scaring people about a difficult math test.
Don't ask, lol
What rule did you break?
As the kids claim, a lot of rules such as harassment, bullying, threatening, etc.... don't ask...
You say he "let you off", but I don't see what he left you off from.
He let me off of trouble, trouble as in detention. Plus he was on my side towards the end so i was okay :)
Wow, so you about 70 years old, that's cool :)
Who here thinks that it should work on thread pages? Show of hands, please.
