I wrote an autocomplete input (i don't think that is the best thing to call it) in jquery. What it does is auto completes your text. It does that but it autocompletes by re-displaying the whole word/s rather than displaying what is left.

I think I am un-clear, I may need to repeat.

If we're talking about "Layouts" etc.. Then usually you can copyright these, as, these have been designed by someone.. If you're talking about colour schemes then no, it's impossible IMO. You could have someone say "I own the colours in the order of BLUE, RED, PURPLE" but people have been using these on their products / mixing these colours for centuries. Get my point?

I don't think REMAX has trademarked the style of their logo. I remember when i read the letter from the lawyer, the reason he put was:

color and similar style

I noticed that the company goes after small companies, but nobody sues them because there are many companies that use their style and colors in their industry.

My neighbor was sued for using the same colors but their design styles were similar... bold and had a way of seperating the 2 words.

Are you allowed to sue someone for using the exact colors with similar logo design...

My neighbor got sued by REMAX because of same colors and design...

It would be worth it, espicially if you have a great interest in american history.

I'm a straight A student and I finish most of my homework during class, break/lunch, or tutorial periods... So I don't really have much homework after school other than studying, learning programming (don't laugh), athletics, and a few other extra curricular subjects :).

I will be honest, Total Recall was not great. Neither was Arnold Schwarzengger version.
Movies like these attract lots of attention with their trailers and etc. but they fail to impress you when you are trapped in the theater watching the movie.

It's very good, especially in the theaters, but like you it would be nice to watch in your own home.

That was a pretty decent film series.

This is absurd, xbat is banned (that is good) but LastMitch losing his points still makes no sense to me. JorgeM is right, why not up vote the down votes???
