You can use almost any editor to make any web page. If you wish to learn about web development, I'd recommend W3 Schools, Lynda , Webdesign.Tutsplus, Tutorial Zine, DaniWeb, and you can obviously Google for other tutorials.

Yes you can, if your using editors like dreamweaver, coda 2, etc., and that's how a majority of the great websites are made.

Well, i am not sure if you know how to create a website, but i will assume you don't know... use Wordpress! or if your kind of cheap you can use the WIX site and create it.

I perfer purely coded sites that can be manipulated, but in your case... use WordPress.

Ads are a good way to start and have some other social media such as Facebook. Also try putting links on sites to visit your page (but don't get annoying and spam people). That is a few basics but if you search on daniweb, you can find many solutions because this question has been asked many times by new bloggers.

Okay, what i noticed is that you don't have a site container, try putting in a div tag that contains all the div tags, then you can center it.

Here is some advice, try naming your divs, it'll get confusing remembering (as an example) what ApDiv272 is right? Remember, what seperates a great developer and a amateur developer is their organization!

Try applying a container, and tell me what happens.

I heard a study (not sure if its true) that every time you blink you miss a part, and so by average you miss about 15-20 minutes of the movie just because you blink... :)
