i want to pursue M.tech. from IIT but most of the people say that after M.Tech,u r limited to the field of teaching or research.
I m interested in company jobs..plz do tell me if its useless to pursue M.Tech from IIt if i want to get a job in it sector not in the field of research or teaching.

People also say that demand and package of a B.Tech. from IIT is much more than that of a M.Tech from IIt..
M.Tech. is masters degree and still its package is less than B.Tech?
Plz guide me if its a myth or a fact..I will really appreciate your help...
