Install Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.2

I try to insall Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.2 on windows 7 64 bit ,but I dont know why I cannot connect to server I got this error?

by the way any one know who ca I unstall Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.2 from Win7 64bit?

You configuration is wrong that why you can't connected to the database.

You need not install Oracle SQL Developer to use it.

Just copy the installation set and invoke the application by ckicking on the EXE.
