Hey guys, its my first time here, so I'm still a bit shaky. I am a vb.net student and i use vb 2008 express edition; i downloaded some projects from another site of which i wanted to learn projects done by other people. but now to my disappointment i could not access the projects. All i keep on getting is a msg saying that i cannot convert the solution, to convert it i need to change the solution permission to allow modifying. Please help me with this guys...

Hey adapost, thanx for your reply, I have checked whether the sln is marked read-only. It's not, in fact, all the read-only, hidden, etc chk are faint; I cannot access them at all. I have managed to open th program some other way.
