Animate Setup

I want to display a screen as soon as the CD(or pendrive etc.) is inserted into the users computer

and on clicking a button on the screen the setup project gets installed(one click insttallation) ... just like how visual studio gets installed with flash pics moving on the right hand side panel

... does any one know how that happens?

.. is it a third party software to run microsoft products?
