I tried to use the textbox validation snippet available here - http://www.daniweb.com/software-development/vbnet/code/414248/textbox-validation#
and Im getting this error. Please help :\

When you copied the code you missed the Module statement. That's why you got the error Error 6 'End Module' must be preceded by a matching 'Module'.

Seriously im sorry for my mistake :(
Its last date to submit my project all the pressure made me this mistake and tinstaafl thx alot for pointing out.
